Pedicure is a cosmetic treatment done on feet. Pedicure is recombined for both men and women for great foot care and a healthy wellbeing. It leaves the skin soft and neat and can help prevent foot disorders. We recommend getting a pedicure every 4 weeks. It involves removing old nail polish, trimming toenails, filing, cuticle removal and removing calluses from the sore of the feet, scrubbing of the legs and a foot massage.  Nail polish or gel polish is also applied on the toe nails to beautify the feet. For male clients a clear varnish can be applied or smooth buffing to leave a shiny neat nail surface. Duration of the service- 1 hour – 2 hours depending on the nature of the feet and what is applied on the toe nails. We have different pedicures we offer:-

• Paraffin Wax Treatment- Paraffin wax is during which paraffin wax is applied to the feet in order to moisturize the skin on the feet. It is also great for those with muscle tension and dry feet.

We recommend paraffin wax after a pedicure.

• Chocolate Pedicure- Chocolate has many properties that benefit and nourish your skin to give you soft and supple feet. Apart from this, serotonin and dopamine present in chocolate work wonders to alleviate your mood and make you feel relaxed. 

Benefits of getting a chocolate pedicure are to hydrate the skin, repair and rejuvenate the skin, give the skin a glow as well as repair the skin from sun damage.

• Coffee Pedicure- Coffee pedicure is a great treat for your skin. Coffee is a rich source of anti-aging ingredients, it also a gentle exfoliate, and it improves blood circulation and gives the skin a soft glow.
• Jelly Mask Pedicure- Jelly masks is a fun pedicure that adds moistures to the skin as well as ease muscle tension. Your feet are soaked in a jelly mask after the pedicure.

Manicure is a cosmetic treatment done on the hands. Manicure is recommended for both men and women for great hand care and a healthy wellbeing. It leaves the skin soft and neat. We recommend getting a Manicure every 2-3 weeks. It involves removing old polish, trimming nails, filing, and cuticle removal and removing cuticles, scrubbing of the hands and a hand massage.  Nail polish is also applied on the nails to beautify the hands. For male clients a clear vanish can be applied or smooth buffing to leave a shiny neat nail surface.  Manicure and gel polish is also popular where instead of applying nail polish gel polish is applied for a longer duration. Duration of the service- 1 hour – 2 hours depending on the nature of the feet and what is applied on the nails.

Gel polish is a longer wear nail look that is made of ingredients that only bond under UV/LED light. The bonding process is called curing. Gel polish can be applied on hand or feet nails or on artificial nails (stick-ons, acrylics, tips). Unlike normal nail polish it dries only with a nail lamp.

The nails are prepared by filing, removing cuticles, removing nail shine and applying the gel polish. Duration of the service- Gel Polish application takes 1 hour – 2 hours depending on if old gel has to be removed, nail art is applied and if a manicure is done.

Nail extensions involve adding a tip to the natural nail to increase the length. Nail extensions can be in the form of nail tips, stick ons, gum gel, acrylics, and builder gels on tips or with forms, as well as fiberglass nails and much more. Nail tips, stick ons are shorter wear while acrylics, tips with builder gel are more durable.

The nails are prepared by filing and reducing nail length, removing cuticles, removing nail shine, applying the nail extensions and applying color mostly with gel polish. Duration of the service- Gel Polish application takes 1 hour – 3 and a half hour depending on the extensions worn, the length and the nail art done.

Overlay is a builder gel, hard gel, acrylic applied on top of natural nails without extending them. Overlays are great for adding strength on your natural nails. They need to be refilled regularly so as to avoid lifting and have the nails grow.

Duration of the service- 1.30 minutes to 2 hours for overlay with gel on natural gel. Incase old gel is removed kindly allow an extra 10 more minutes.

We offer Swedish and Deep Tissue Massages.

1. Swedish massage- is mainly used to increase blood flow, easing tension in the body’s muscles and improving their flexibility. It is very stimulating to the skin, helping reduce emotional and physical stresses in the body.

It consists of specific strokes including efflurage (sliding movements), petrissage (kneading movements), friction (rubbing), and vibration and percussion techniques. This massage will usually include passive and active joint movements, stretching and bending of the joints with the assistance of the therapist. Swedish massage is the most commonly offered massage technique, utilizing a firm or lighter pressure on the muscles. It will involve long yet gliding strokes. 

Benefits of Swedish massage are:-

• Swedish massage is mainly used to increase blood flow, easing tension in the body’s muscles and improving their flexibility. It is very stimulating to the skin, helping reduce emotional and physical stresses in the body.

• This type of massage stimulates the nervous system as well. The body builds up different types of toxins including lactic acids, uric acid and other types of metabolic wastes that Swedish massage targets and with the increase of oxygen to the blood, is filtered out.

1. Deep tissue massage- targets deeper structures of muscles and fascia, which is more commonly known as connective tissue. It is best used on smaller muscle injuries and chronic problems. Whiplash, sports injuries, postural alignment, treating spasms as well as tension in the muscles are very good examples of what would best be targeted for deep tissue.

Benefits of deep tissue massage include:-
